The Great Caper

Sometimes the look of a heavy coat feels a little stuffy to me. Now, that we have moved back to the cooler weather (in Florida you lack the need of a heavy coat) I need to start thinking about my outerwear options...for me and Carter. I'm loving the cape/caplet alternative. It can look chic while still keeping you cozy & warm.

Probably, we not be adding this one to the list...because let's be honest - when in the heck I'm I going to be wearing a gold sequin dress? However, I do love the name of the dress: "Scandal Dress". I can see where someone could get into quite the "scandal" with this dress.

Current Obsession

Lands' End CANVAS: If you do not receive their catalog, you really should think about it. The clothes remind me a lot of J.Crew but without the hefty prices. I grew up with Lands' End and L.L.Bean catalogs that were a regular around the house. However, Canvas has a little more feminine tone than the regular Lands' End.

Navy Wellies, Riding Boots, and Tretons are on my must-to-have list this season.
