Paper Monday

Last year, I found a paper company that mixes my love of paper with my love of photos...and not in a "cheesy" calendar kind of way. Pinhole Press was founded last year and already has created some buzz. Their products are simple, unique and very pretty! I used them for my Christmas cards last year and was very pleased. I also purchased a few of these notepads for family. They have a picture on every page of the pad. They come in sweet patterns and colors.

Valentine's Party Rewind

Last year, we had a little Valentine's party for some of Carter's friends. Everyone bought a Valentine's treat for all the kids...so they were able to go home with their personalized container full of Valentines. I was hoping that we would be able to carry on the tradition this year but between the move and sickness, it would be too much right now. We are thankful and excited about the Valentine parties we are attending this year!

Children's Books

If there is one thing my daughter loves (besides Elmo and Abby), it is her books. She reads everywhere: in her bed, in her tent, in the car...and the latest spot on the potty! She had to go while she was reading and she just carried it with her. Who knows!
Anyways, most days you can find us reading in her room. I love introducing new books to her.
Recently, I heard about this book club...so I decided to join. We got 9 new books for $12 + shipping. We are getting all these books plus a surprise book. I can't wait to surprise her!

Hello Jessica

Swooned over Elle's December Cover Shoot with Jessica Alba. Is she not truly gorgeous?
I loved all the bright, cheery colors for Spring...including the jewelry!

Check out more photos here.

Love this Zac Posen dress

Pet photo shoot

How adorable is this Goldendoodle? I want to take him home right NOW! But sadly, I can't...because he is only available on my computer. However, I will have these pictures to look at when I'm in a down mood - how could you not love this face?

I found this "too-cute-for-words" photo shoot while visiting Pink to Green - a very stylish blog!

These pictures were taken by the lovely photographer, Erin Vey - check out more pictures here! You can also get ideas on how to style your babies with your four-legged babies.

PB Kids

Carter and I went to story time this morning at Pottery Barn Kids. We met my friend Melissa and her son, Brody. It had been a few months since we had seen each another so it was nice to catch up with her. Even though the storyteller picked some good books, Carter was more interested in the strollers and kitchen set.
However, I was able to check out a few sales from the store...then came home and saw a few online. These Critter Bath Wraps are adorable...online they are $19 but in the store they are $9.99...regular price $29. I think I might need to stock up on gifts.

I'm thinking about doing Carter's bathroom in this green color.

Muslin Swaddling Blankets - $19.99, regular price $34

Large Chocolate Canvas Floor Tote - $28, regular price $35

Sling Chair - $28.99, regular price $49

Beach Ball Sprinkler - $19.99, regular price $39

Adopt a Pet Plush - $9.99, regular price $24...I love the box too!

Lunch Bags - $11.99, regular price $22

Hot-Cold Food Containers - $14.99, regular price $19

It is always good to check the local stores. Sometimes, they have better deals than what you find online. They need to clear out their inventory.

Paper Monday

Who would not want to receive one of these animals postcards in the mail?

I can see these adorable cards as invitations:
baby shower (sheep)
kids' birthday party (duck or giraffe)
barbecue dinner (pig)

Check them out here.

Current Obsession: Amy's Home

An instant dream match: the Los Angeles home of photographer Amy Neunsinger.
I saw these pictures on Escapade and had to repost. Check out those chairs and couch with the sheepskins. I love how soft and simple this palette looks but still holds character with all the texture. The standing lamp is almost invisible in the room...an addition I adore.

Sweet Spring for Little Miss Sunshine

In the next few months, little miss Sunshine will be getting some Spring additions to her closet. I absolutely love buying for Carter. Everything is so adorable and irresistible! Like I could seriously pull off wearing a smocked whale on my shirt...but for some reason it looks so darn cute on little ones.

I have to say the Spring/Summer Collections are my fave. The color combos are addicting!
